Hundreds of retro and classic cars will be rolling into Norfolk for a brand new motoring event with a difference.
The Retro Kings Show, to be held at the Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit on May 31, aims to give car enthusiasts the best of both worlds by combining the appeal of a static show with the thrill of on-track action.
It is the brainchild of the organisers of Time Attack, a popular form of motorsport where race cars compete against the clock rather than directly against each other on the track, and the Retro-Rides online community.
There will be club displays from across the retro and classic car spectrum, with prizes awarded to the best cars and best stands, while visitors will have the chance to show off their own pride and joy on the day.
The winner of the Show and Shine competition, which is open to anyone, will be invited to automatically display their motor on the best of the best display at Petrol & Pistons held at Croft Circuit on August 22.
Also on the itinerary is the second round of the Time Attack Championship, featuring a class for Classic and Retro Time Attack cars, plus visitors will be able to race their cars around the track.
