German auto manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has restyled its C-Class saloon and estate for the 2011 model year.
Revisions include a new 3.5-litre petrol V6 engine that delivers a fuel economy of 41.5mpg combined, while a diesel unit offers 64mpg combined and C02 figures of 117g/km.
The alterations to the design include bolder front and rear bumpers, and a more prominent grille.
Interiors of the model now come with a dashboard that features galvanised control buttons and a display screen that blends in more neatly with the instrument panel.
The cars are also equipped with an aluminium bonnet to help reduce overall weight.
The 2011 C-Class is set to go on sale in March 2011. Pricing details for the model are yet to be announced.
