The Chevrolet Cruze was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show sporting a large boot and remodelled bodywork.
The SW model from the new range has a 500 litre boot capacity which more than doubles to 1,478 when the back seats are down.
Other changes include new wheel designs, more colours to choose from and small alterations to the headlight surrounds and fog lights.
The front of the car has also been gently modified. More engine options are also on offer with a 1.4-litre turbo and 1.7-litre diesel added to those already available, while the existing 2.0-litre diesel had been updated to include stop/start technology.
Appearing next to the Cruze model in Geneva was the hybrid Chevrolet Volt which was awarded this year's European Car of the Year Award, beating away offerings from Ford and Toyota.
Also on show was the Tru 140S and Code 130R concepts car first shown in Detroit in January.
