The newly-revived Members' Meeting of the Goodwood Road Racing Club will take place on March 21 and 22 next year.
The motoring and road-racing enthusiasts that form the club's membership rejoiced at the restoration of the famed weekend of motorsport veneration earlier this year.
For the first time in nearly fifty years Goodwood saw legendary cars and spectacular racing by featuring the likes of Jochen Mass, Emanuele Pirro, Jackie Oliver, Darren Turner and Andy Priaulx.
The club's management are hoping to recreate March's "convivial" atmosphere at the 73rd meeting next year by combining the classic competitions with exciting new races.
A new, exclusive race for pre-1966 Porsche 911s will take the iconic German roadster back to its origins, while a 1964-70 Formula 3 "screamer" race will showcase the era that produced Emerson Fittipaldi, Derek Bell and Clay Regazzoni.
The Gerry Marshall Trophy will once again put big name professional racers in historic group one touring cars, as will the Salvadori Trophy for 1955-60 sports prototypes.
Fans of slightly more modern motoring will look forward to high-speed demonstrations of the short- and long-tail versions of the McLaren F1 GTR.
No doubt the weekend can't come quick enough for Goodwood Road Racing Club members.
