Ford's Facebook launch of its new SUV has plenty to like about it.
The special "Limited Edition" EcoSport small sport utility vehicle will be limited to 500 models throughout Europe.
This includes 120 UK-bound right-hand-drive versions.
Buyers can reserve a car, costing from £16,995, on a custom-built website via aFacebook link .
They can pick from a 1.0-litre EcoBoost engine or 1.5-litre diesel unit.
Customers can order at any of the UK's 530 official Ford dealers upon receipt of a special reservation voucher.
The EcoSport includes the Ford SYNC AppLink system, which enables smartphone app voice control.
It features 17-in alloy wheels, leather trim, and a range of new technologies.
Motorists setting theirjourney planner to Ford dealerships will see the EcoSport has a Titanium trim featuring 16-in alloy wheels, front fog lamps, silver roof rails, power door mirrors, keyless entry and ignition.
Prices for this version vary from £14,995 to £17,495 with a selection of three engines: 1.0-litre EcoBoost offering 125 horsepower, a 1.5-litre petrol offering 112 horsepower plus a 1.5 TDCi diesel offering 91 horsepower.
The 1.5-litre petrol engine comes with manual or Powershift transmission.
The special edition and Titanium-spec models are expected in the UK next spring.
