A Norwegian millionaire has been fined £71,000 and banned from driving for two years after being caught drink-driving.
The 49-year-old man pleaded guilty to the charge after he was stopped by the police near an airport in southern Kristiansand, Norway, last October.
He was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.188, far over the country's maximum of 0.02%.
Courts in Norway set drink-driving fines based on income and personal wealth. The unnamed driver earns £76,000 a year and has assets worth £24 million.
He was also handed an 18-day jail sentence, suspended pending his taking a course on the dangers of driving while drunk.
