Hundreds of thousands of car enthusiasts will get their first look at Kia's second generation Cee'd family hatchback when it makes its debut at this year's Motorexpo at Canary Wharf in London.
With on-the-road prices starting from £14,395, Kia said that the new Cee'd has a greater focus on fuel efficiency, design, ergonomics and standard equipment. The firm is also targeting company car drivers with a sub-100g/km CO2 diesel variant.
Another Kia product - crossover SUV the Sportage - will also be present at the show. It recently topped the 2012 JD Power What Car? owner satisfaction survey as the only car to be awarded a full five-star rating across all categories.
Now entering its 17th year, the Motorexpo is one of the most popular motoring shows in the UK, with about 425,000 visitors expected to attend between June 11 and 17.
The show, which is free to attend, sees input from more than 30 manufacturers, with 250 vehicles for visitors to see and, in some cases, drive around the Canary Wharf estate without having to worry about having sufficientvehicle breakdown cover .
