Jaguar Land Rover is hoping to sign up royalty, A-list celebs, senior politicians and the cream of the world's sporting talent with its new £140,000 Autobiography Black Range Rover.
The sumptuous model is perfect for those who like to be chauffeured and can afford the best of everything. Rear passengers enjoy first-class airline-style luxury with reclining seats with in-built massagers. The model also features a champagne chiller, black leather individual electronic tables and a choice of trim.
The version available in Britain will have a long wheelbase, bringing it more in line with luxury limousines, with over five inches of extra legroom. The 5.0 litre supercharged V8 petrol engine will allow it to reach a top speed of 140mph and go from 0 to 60mph in 5.5 seconds.
The Autobiography Black, set to be unveiled at the Dubai International Motor Show next month, is aimed at the upper echelons of society, the kind of people who will think nothing of paying the likely high cost ofcar insurance .
Jaguar Land Rover claims its first long wheelbase Range Rover for two decades is designed to add the highest levels of VIP refinement to the best SUV on the market.
