With our innovative accident management service, you’ll experience an excellent service from us every time. We’ll provide you with a single point of contact throughout your claim, from roadside assistance and FNOL, through to delivery of your repaired vehicle.
When an accident does happen, we’ll use our expertise and experience to fully support you or your driver when you need us most. We’ll ask the most appropriate questions to assess the situation and the condition of your vehicle, before deciding on next steps.
Once your vehicle is booked into an RAC Approved Repair Centre, you’ll be able to keep track on its progress with immediate access through the RAC inControl portal. You’ll also be able to obtain key metric reports for detailed analysis of all repairs carried out.
Driver surveys are issued upon completion of your repair, providing us with invaluable feedback to continually improve the service we provide to your fleet.
