Here at RAC we love driving - and our passion really shows. We believe our patrols are the best on the road and really go the extra mile for our members. These are just some of the awards we've won:

• 2009: We ranked first in J.D. Power and Associates UK Roadside Assistance Study receiving the award for the fourth year in a row.
• 2009: RAC was rated the UK's top brand for services, coming fifth in the top ten in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (July 2009) from the Institute of Customer Service.
• 2008: We ranked No. 1 for customer service (JD Power and Associates' UK Roadside Assistance Study*). This is the 3rd year in a row that RAC has held this title - more than any other breakdown provider.
• 2006: We won Greenfleet Breakdown/Recovery Company of the Year for the most environmentally friendly roadside patrols.

*The 2008 UK Roadside Assistance Study is based on responses from 3,012 customers regarding their experience with a roadside assistance provider. The study was fielded in October and November 2008.
